Shipping policy

Dispatch & Cut-Off Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday during the following hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

  • Friday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Daily cut-off is 3:30 pm (15:30), Monday–Thursday:

  • Orders placed before 3:30 pm are dispatched same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:30 pm are dispatched the next collection day.

  • Friday after 3:30 pm orders ship on the following Monday (or next working day after a bank holiday).

Processing Times

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (2–3 during busy periods).

Shipping Services & Costs

All shipping is via Royal Mail, with costs based on parcel weight, size, and service type. Below are examples of typical online rates (to be displayed at checkout) across the three services and are subject to change in accordance with the parcels specification:

1. Tracked 48 (UK, delivery in ~2 business days)

  • Large Letter (up to 1 kg): Starting From £2.70 (online)

  • Small Parcel (up to 2 kg): Starting From £3.45 (online)

  • Medium Parcel (up to 20 kg): Starting From £5.15 (online) 

2. Tracked 24 (UK, next working-day delivery)

  • Large Letter (up to 1 kg): Starting From £3.60 (online)

  • Small Parcel (up to 2 kg): Starting From £4.29 (online)

  • Medium Parcel (up to 20 kg): Starting From £6.05 (online) 

3. Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm (next working-day delivery, higher compensation)

  • Parcel up to 20 kg (includes large letters & parcels): Starting From  £8.15 (online)

  • Note: Compensation included up to £750, with options to increase (up to £2,500) for an extra fee Royal Mail

These starting prices are based on standard “online” rates using Royal Mail’s Click & Drop; exact costs can vary by weight and location.
At checkout, customers will select parcel size and service, and view the calculated cost.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items ship within 2 working days of the stated release date.

  • In-stock and pre-order items are dispatched together—please place separately if you want immediate items sent sooner.
